On 26 October, HELLO Trust Los Angeles brought a little extra Halloween excitement to the community in Alhambra, California, by handing out candies to children dressed up for the occasion.
Halloween is a time for costumes, treats, and bringing people together. This year, HELLO Trust Los Angeles joined in the celebrations by organising a community candy-giving event at Lacy Park in Alhambra, California.
Held from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM on 26 October, the event saw our team welcome children dressed in their Halloween costumes and hand out candies to celebrate the occasion. Whether dressed as spooky characters, favourite heroes, or other imaginative creations, the children brought plenty of festive spirit to the park.
For our Los Angeles team, the event was a simple but meaningful opportunity to engage with local families and take part in a much-loved community celebration. By giving out treats and sharing in the excitement, our members hoped to make the afternoon a little more memorable for the children.

Making a Difference Through Small Gestures
At HELLO Trust, we believe that community impact does not always require large-scale programmes or complicated initiatives. Sometimes, it begins with something as simple as showing up, engaging with others, and making someone feel included.
Events like this allow our members to connect with the communities around them in an approachable and enjoyable way. They also remind us that creating positive experiences for others can start with small acts of kindness.

We would like to thank our Los Angeles Regional Manager, Alice Gan, and all the team members who helped organise and deliver the event. Their efforts helped bring a little more Halloween joy to the children and families in Alhambra.
As HELLO Trust continues to grow its presence across communities, we look forward to creating more opportunities for our members to connect with others and make a positive difference, one small gesture at a time.
