On October 2nd, 2023, Appi became the first international branch to join HELLO Trust. Located in Northern Japan, the remote region of Appi, serving as the HELLO Trust‘s leading branch in Japan, is home to astounding ski resorts and snow-covered mountains. HELLO Trust Japan strives to enhance the lives of impoverished communities, offering life-changing experiences and opportunities for underprivileged children and families in the countryside.

APPI BRANCH - CO-REGIONAL MANAGER
Yuko Tamaki
Yuko Tamaki is one of the Co-Regional Managers of HELLO Trust Appi, with a passion for education and building meaningful connections through service. Hoping to pursue a degree in Education in the UK, Yuko finds purpose in engaging directly with people and offering support where it’s most needed. For her, community service is not just about helping others—it’s about unity and shared purpose. She values the sense of togetherness created through collaborative volunteering and believes there is something deeply empowering about working toward a common goal for the greater good. Yuko is currently a student at Harrow International School Appi in Japan.
