Welcome to Humanity's Empowerment of Life & Leadership Opportunities (HELLO) Trust, a beacon of service and empowerment dedicated to uplifting communities across Asia and beyond. Founded by Casso Pi, HELLO Trust was born from a vision to offer meaningful leadership and service opportunities to students, while creating tangible impact for communities in need. The initiative began with the support of a music scholarship from Harrow International School Shenzhen, and has since grown into a dynamic, student-led organisation operating across borders.

From its humble beginnings, HELLO Trust has evolved into an international platform committed to promoting social welfare, nurturing youth leadership, and supporting underprivileged individuals and communities. Our team of passionate student volunteers now spans multiple cities and countries, united by a shared purpose.

The Origin of HELLO Trust
FOUNDER, CHAIRMAN & CEO, HELLO TRUST
Casso Pi is the Founder and CEO of HELLO Trust. Once a quiet and reserved student himself, Casso understands how transformative the right opportunity can be. It was through the leadership roles offered to him in school that he discovered his voice, confidence, and purpose. Inspired by this journey, he founded HELLO Trust to ensure that other students — especially those who may lack access to such experiences — are given the platform they need to unlock their potential and make a difference. Under his leadership, HELLO Trust has grown from a local initiative in Shenzhen to a global network of passionate student volunteers committed to uplifting their communities. As Casso continues his academic journey at the London School of Economics (LSE), he remains deeply committed to expanding HELLO Trust’s reach and impact across the UK and Europe. Through HELLO Trust, Casso hopes to show that with the right guidance and opportunities, every young person can lead, serve, and create meaningful change.

Artemis, our Asia-Pacific CEO, is a dynamic and dedicated advocate for positive change. With meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to our mission, she plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing initiatives in Hong Kong. Artemis's passion for creating a brighter future for the communities we serve is the driving force behind her work at HELLO Trust. Artemis is currently a student at Hong Kong's ISF Academy, and she aspires to become an influential leader in the future of the business world.

Crystal Chan
Crystal Chan is the Co-Regional Manager of HELLO Trust's Shenzhen branch. With a strong interest in business management, Crystal brings valuable experience in project coordination and team leadership. Her strategic mindset and ability to manage large-scale initiatives make her a key asset to the branch’s growth and development. As she continues her journey with HELLO Trust, Crystal is committed to empowering students, leading impactful service projects, and driving meaningful social change within the community. Crystal is currently a student at Harrow International School Shenzhen in China.

Yuko Tamaki
Yuko Tamaki is one of the Co-Regional Managers of HELLO Trust Appi, with a passion for education and building meaningful connections through service. Hoping to pursue a degree in Education in the UK, Yuko finds purpose in engaging directly with people and offering support where it’s most needed. For her, community service is not just about helping others—it’s about unity and shared purpose. She values the sense of togetherness created through collaborative volunteering and believes there is something deeply empowering about working toward a common goal for the greater good. Yuko is currently a student at Harrow International School Appi in Japan.

Formerly based in Nanning, Lorena brings her dedication and experience in youth-led community service to the Pacific Northwest. Her role focuses on establishing local partnerships, supporting underrepresented communities, and expanding HELLO Trust’s presence in the US. As a driven and compassionate leader, Lorena is committed to empowering young change-makers in Seattle to develop impactful service projects that address local and global challenges.

Simba Tao
Simba Tao, the Regional Manager of HELLO Trust Toronto, understanding the challenges related to food access in the city with a clear vision. In response to this severe problems, he has established the non-profit corporation that committed to makes significant and meaningful changes in the community by addressing food insecurity. Under Simba's leadership, HELLO Trust Toronto branch member are passioned, dedicated efforts and utilize personal skills to combat this pressing issue. The branch is fully devoted to alleviating hunger in Toronto, aspirate to fostering a community where everyone feels a genuine sense of belonging and secure. The team HELLO Trust Toronto firmly believes that every small effort can lead to significant changes, creating long and sustainable partnerships that empower the vulnerable populations, promote strengthening trust and unity throughout the city.

BERKHAMSTED BRANCH - REGIONAL MANAGER
Jack Sun
Jack Sun, Regional Manager of HELLO Trust Berkhamsted. With the passion and interest to share knowledge, he believes everyone should share the same quality of education. He started to organise the after-school learning centre with the pupil that have a lack of interest to study. The branch's initiatives and proposes include tours to different universities, where the student can find out the vibe and different life styles in universities. HELLO Trust Berkhamsted supplies essential textbooks and organise talks to build up student’ confident, creating a cozy environment to study for the students. Jack Sun and the HELLO Trust Berkhamsted team are committed for the equivalent education for all students, we will work with determination to make meaningful changes.
