Over the 2024–2026 academic school years, HELLO Trust Hong Kong's presence at ISF Academy has grown into a team of 25 active working members and associates.

At ISF Academy, HELLO Trust is present in the form of a student-led society and program that supports underprivileged and neurodiverse children in their pursuit of learning. Our mission is to inspire the next generation to take pride in their identity and develop the skills needed to enrich their lives, regardless of economic background or disability. Through inclusive community engagement projects, HELLO Trust builds trust between volunteers and the families we serve.

The Hong Kong branch's impact is evident through our consistent efforts to promote our society beyond ISF and into the wider Hong Kong community. By partnering with local organisations and schools, we create pathways for children to access the greatest opportunities for success.

Programs such as the Kindergarten English and Music Program and the 2024 Baking Event reflect the breadth of our offerings - from curriculum-based learning to essential life skills. Alongside these hands-on activities, the Hong Kong team played a significant role in running InspireMe Festival in both 2025 and 2026, a collaboration between HELLO Trust members across Harrow Shenzhen, ISF Academy, and Sendelta Academy in Shenzhen.

The festival's primary goal was to promote autism awareness and inclusion for neurodivergent children through game booths, musical performances, and a wide range of engaging activities. Designed to be safe and forgiving, the festival introduced children with autism to new skills and allowed them to explore their passions in a supportive environment. Building confidence, especially for children with autism, is crucial to their development and opens pathways that may not have been traditionally accessible due to their disabilities.

Communication between HELLO Trust and participating families was built around one goal: tailoring activities that are both suitable and enjoyable for children with autism. Beyond the activities themselves, the festival also gave families the opportunity to build community through shared experiences.

Beyond hands-on programming, the Hong Kong branch consistently works to expand its team and raise awareness for autism inclusion. Through promotional events such as the ISF Academy Enrichment Fair and JAM Day in 2025 and 2026, we have been able to reach into the local community and recruit members who share our passion for providing safe learning spaces for children.

The Enrichment Fair provided a platform to spread awareness about neurodivergence while also sharing information about our service activities and inclusive programmes. At JAM Day, our stall raised over HKD 5,000 for our partner charity, the Boys' and Girls' Club Association. These outreach efforts have led to increased applications to join our team, strengthening our capacity as a society.

Over the past two years, HELLO Trust has remained committed to serving both local and global communities through our branches and headquarters worldwide. The work of our Hong Kong branch is just one example of our broader outreach and service efforts - efforts that continue to grow with each passing year.
