Crystal previously served as Co-Regional Manager of HELLO Trust Shenzhen, where she played a pivotal role in building the branch's foundation, leading community initiatives, and mentoring volunteers. Her dedication, strategic thinking, and ability to execute complex projects made her a natural fit for this expanded leadership role.
In her new capacity, Crystal will oversee operational strategy across HELLO Trust's global network of branches. She will work closely with regional teams to streamline processes, support branch development, and ensure consistency in programme delivery across cities.
